How we work
Close to the ground, useful in the room.
Regional, not remote
Our work is carried out by people who live in the markets we study. Fieldwork across SAARC and ASEAN is designed and run locally, in local languages, rather than commissioned from a distance and read at second hand.
Evidence before advice
Every recommendation we make is traceable to something we measured, heard or verified. Where the evidence is thin, we say so plainly instead of dressing a judgement call as a finding.
Discretion as standard
Much of what we do is sensitive, and none of it is publicised. We do not name clients, and we structure engagements so that confidence is protected from the first conversation onward.
